– Values – Show your children what you value by living it in your daily life

On the flip side, make sure that you are praising your child for their successes and accomplishments, not only when it’s something they want from them. Praise should come from feelings of admiration and reinforcement.

– Celebrations – Celebrate the good moments, no matter how small they might be
